Join Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet at the historic Canfield Casino Sunday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. for a whimsical afternoon with tea, delicious treats, dancing and holiday fun. Children and families will enjoy holiday shopping from local vendors, basket raffle and silent auction. Delight in live performances from the Nutcracker Suite along with a reading of The Nutcracker Story. Don’t forget to take your photo with Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy!
Tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 20 at eventbrite.com. Prices range from $45 to $150 ( eventbrite fees not applied). All profits to be used to cover the costs of SSYB Nutcracker production.
Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet (SSYB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is committed to providing quality professional dance training to pre-professional students throughout the Greater Saratoga region. SSYB does not charge our dancers audition, performance or costumes fees.
Their full Nutcracker production will be presented at the Performing Arts Center at the University at Albany on Dec. 17 at 1 and 7 p.m. and Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. More than 100 local dancers will perform!
