Wesley Community Share A Step Fundraiser Starts June 24 – Gather Your Pledges NOW!
SARATOGA SPRINGS – Share a Step 2022 is here! The event officially starts June 24th and runs until June 30th , but you can sign up and get started on fundraising today. Help make a difference for the residents at Wesley by Sharing a Step.
This weeklong event includes challenges you can complete by walking, running, or biking. Every time you or your team complete a challenge, you earn points and work your way up our leaderboard. We also have daily challenges for a chance to win fun prizes!
Funds raised through this event will help to complete the second phase of renovations in the Springs building of Wesley Health Care Center. The first phase of renovations on the 5th Floor of the Springs Building is already completed. We are now raising funds for Phase 2, to complete the renovations to floors 2, 3, and 4, which will transform Wesley’s oldest nursing home building into a modern home-like setting.

What is Share a Step?
Share a Step is Wesley’s virtual fitness event that invites individuals of all ages to set a mileage goal for the week of June 24th through June 30th. You can get your mileage in with a walk outside, a bike ride around the neighborhood or a run on the treadmill, just make sure you log it! Take pictures of each exercise and tag us on Facebook or Instagram with #shareastep to show your progress and challenge others to stay accountable.
What are the funds being raised for?
The Wesley Community is a Senior Living non-profit organization located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Wesley’s unique continuum of care community provides independent and assisted living for seniors, affordable independent senior housing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, as well as home care services and outpatient therapies available for people of all ages.
They are raising funds raised through this event to help complete the second phase of renovations in the Springs building of Wesley Health Care Center, the oldest building on our campus. The first phase of renovations on the 5th Floor of the Springs Building was completed in 2016. They are now raising funds for Phase 2, to complete the renovations to floors 2, 3, and 4.
