SARATOGA SPRINGS – Saratoga’s small (batch) but mighty (good tasting) tequila brand is at it again!
To celebrate Earth day on April 22nd, five dollars from every One With Life Organic Tequila (OWL) bottle sold at Purdy’s Wine & Spirits; or from a specialty cocktail purchased at Mouzon House and/or The West Side Sports Bar and Grill that day, will go towards raising funds and awareness on Earth Day for Pitney Meadows Community Farm. These local businesses all want to see the farm continue to thrive as a magnificent resource for families in the Saratoga community.

“Earth Day is a time to express gratitude for all of our resources, soil, trees and farmers who grow our food.” noted Lisa Elovich, Founder & CEO of OWL. “Pitney Meadows Farms is a blessing for the Saratoga community. It provides nutritious fruits and vegetables for the community as well as educational programs for both children and adults said Lisa Elovich, Founder of One With Life Organic Tequila
Pitney Meadows Community Farm opened their farm to the Saratoga community with its wonderful community garden, which fosters a love and appreciation for growing food which nourishes your body and promotes good health.
Lynn Trizna, Executive Director of Pitney Community Farm said, “Pitney Meadows Community Farm’s mission is to celebrate and explore agricultural education, healthy food production and recreation. Located on 166 acres in the City of Saratoga Springs, and preserved in perpetuity as a working farm, we are grateful for the community’s early efforts to preserve the Farm as open space through their own tax dollars. Their vision and investment now serves the community with a local source of healthy food, recreational opportunities, and educational programming.”
