SARATOGA SPRINGS – Against a picturesque backdrop provided by Historic Saratoga Racecourse, with The 1863 Club as its setting, The City of Saratoga Springs inaugurated their 2020 City Council.
The official event was emceed by former Deputy Mayor Joseph J. Ogden; Oath’s of office were administered by the Honorable Francine R. Vero, on New Years Day, January 1, 2020. There was not one empty seat in this room today, a testament to the 12866’s citizenry and its commitment to civic involvement.
