SARATOGA SPRINGS – The new Hideaway Restaurant, on the grounds of Saratoga National Golf Club (35 Gracemoore Rd, 12866) will be hosting an Organic Coursed Dinner with One With Life Tequila (OWL) & Peak Organic Beer. The event will take place next Friday, September 20, at 6 pm sharp.
The menu for the evening (see below) will feature six courses, each of which will feature OWL and/or Peak as a key infused component or as an accompaniment to the course.
Tickets for the Organic Coursed dinner are $60/per person, plus a small service charge, and are available from Eventbrite via this Facebook event page.
In addition to the guaranteed merriment that these dinners provide, you will also be invited to learn a few things about Tequila. OWL Founder Lisa Elovich and her staff will be on hand to conduct a brief seminar about how tequila is made and the harvesting process. You will about the different types of tequila, and what to look for when selecting one.
There will also be door prizes and raffles at the dinner, with the proceeds going to benefit the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF). Representatives from TRF will be on hand to discuss the the horses they save from neglect and abuse.
